HR Consulting Manager
Aaron has more than 15 years of experience across human resources, workplace relations, consulting and client relationship management.
Aaron has worked both within organisations and as an external consultant on:
- Employee and industrial relations
- Leadership development
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Performance and conduct management
- Organisational change
- HR strategy and business partnering
His experience spans retail, manufacturing, higher education, professional services, membership organisations and NFPs.

- Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monash University.
- Aaron serves on an NFP Board and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Foundations of Directorship program.
When not at work…
Aaron enjoys spending time with his young family, training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and exploring Melbourne’s food and coffee scene.
Teresa Mckinnon
Senior HR Advisor
Teresa has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, providing strategic senior HR and generalist HR support to local Government, manufacturing/FMCG, agriculture and health and community service, specifically:
- Quality, Compliance and Industrial Relations
- Workers Compensation
- Performance Management
As well as supporting a large variety of organisations with planning, talent attraction, retention and learning and development.
Of note
Teresa has a deep passion and understanding of the complex world of Employment Relations. She has received recognition for Employer of Choice programs and development and implementation of strong workplace gender equality, diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and frameworks.
When not at work…
Teresa lives with her large family on a rural property in Regional NSW. She enjoys spending time with her children on the sporting field, tending to the family livestock, pets, and the vegetable garden.
Chanmi Park
HR Advisor
Chanmi is a dedicated HR professional with 10 years of comprehensive experience in generalist HR support, people operations, employee relations and talent acquisition.

Chanmi enjoys exploring Victoria’s wineries on the weekends, discovering new cuisines as a passionate foodie and travelling. Her next adventure goal is visiting Iceland to experience the Northern Lights.
Merna Noseir
HR Advisor
Merna is a passionate HR professional who holds a degree in Psychology, with experience across human resources, quality and performance, compliance, operations and community services. She brings a people-focused and practical approach to HR, with a strong interest in workplace behaviour, communication and positive employee experiences.

Known for her approachable and personable style, Merna enjoys getting to the heart of workplace issues and finding practical solutions that work for both organisations and their people.
With a strong interest in psychology and behavioural profiling, Merna is fascinated by what makes people tick and how communication styles influence workplace relationships and team dynamics.
Merna is also a confident and engaging presenter who enjoys delivering webinars and facilitating discussions, particularly when turning complex HR concepts into practical, easy-to-understand information.
When not at work…
Outside of work, Merna enjoys playing soccer, running, going to the gym, playing with her guitar, baking and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
Candice Brudenell
Administrator
Candice is an experienced administrator, having worked across several sectors including not-for-profit, insurance and legal, specifically across the areas:
- Executive administrative support
- Finance and bookkeeping
- Conference and event management
- Consulting advice and interventions to support
- Front office management
- Human Resource administration

As an Administrator for HR Advice Online Consultants, Candice loves working with the team to deliver business owners a positive outcome across all the functions of Human Resources.
Candice has completed several qualifications including a double diploma of Human Resources and Business Administration. She places a strong emphasis on attention to detail and ensuring documentation is presented to a high standard.

Outside of work, Candice loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys spending time with her young family and creating amazing cakes for family and friends.
